Saturday, February 13 - 5PM at English Lutheran
Come to this exciting worship that will be planned, organized and implemented by the youth in the community! Music, messages that are relevant to teens and young adults, scripture and prayer! EVERYONE is welcome, so bring your family and friends. Refreshments will be served after the worship. Next month it will be at St. Paul's UCC. If you are interested in being part of the worship team please contact Deanna.

Euchre at the Care Center

Volunteer at Tried and True

We are looking for youth to volunteer to sort and organize all the donations that come in to the store. You will be helping a lot of people in our community by volunteering your time. We will make it a monthly even. Sign up sheets on the bulletin boards at church.

We will leave the church at 11:30 AM. Sign up sheets are on the bulletin boards and in the Youth House. The cost is $15. This is for ALL middle school and high school youth, and adults will be needed to drive!

Urban Immersion
March 12-14 in Minneapolis
This is a weekend retreat where the youth and adults will go into the inner-city to do lots of wonderful service work along side those in need. The cost is $80 (scholarships are available). This is for middle school and high school ages. Adults will be needed to drive and chaperon. You will come home changed and on fire for God! It will be an AMAZING weekend, like a mini-mission trip! Sign up sheets will be up soon. ADULTS: please consider donating to a youth that would not be able to go because of money.

Teens in Action
Monday, November 2 - 5:00 PM at the Youth House
We invite 7th to 12th Graders to be part of "Teens in Action." This is a group of teens that are making positive changes in the world. Join our group discussions on the first Monday of every month at the Youth House.

Share your ideas and look for opportunities to make a difference. Here are some projects we are planning: serve meals at homeless shelter, go to Feed My Starving Children, work at a food shelf, offer tutoring help, become social justice and human rights advocates, provide childcare to needy families, help at Ronald McDonald House, work with Habitat for Humanity, serve the elderly and handicapped, organize food/clothing drives, participate in activities at the nursing homes, help at a Goodwill store....and much more!

Teens In Action is a group for ALL teens in the community. There are posters and flyers on the bulletin boards. Pick one up for more information.
