JOYCE KARLSTAD, PARISH NURSE
The Health Ministry team is pleased to introduce Joyce Karlstad as our parish nurse at English Lutheran Church. Joyce is a registered nurse, whose background includes working as a general, obstetrics and trauma nurse for 18 years. She is a faithful member of English Lutheran Church.

MONTHLY HEALTH CHECK  UP  OFFERED AT ELC
See the Parish Nurse and Health Ministries Team for blood pressure and heart rate checks on the third Sunday each month. They are located at the front entrance from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Other helpful health related information is also available.

AN AUTOMATED ELECTRONIC DEBIFRILLATOR (AED) is now located in the entry area to the unisex restroom at the back of the sanctuary. We have trained a few people and expect to offer training again in the future. Instructions are inside the cabinet and very user friendly. Our thanks to the anonymous donors for providing this valuable equipment to our congregation.
